Are Forums Still Available?

Hi All,
I made a decision to open a forum on this site about 2 months ago, however forum posts don't seem to be available. Here is a copy of my post to writers forum( which is still awaiting moderation after 59 days), so I have to post to blog
Can any Orblers advise me, thank-you in advance

Just a query to ask if Forums are still available on Orble. I have read the forum article here:

However in "Choose a Format For Your Blog" the option for forum isn't available.
